Saudi Post
The Kingdom's first formal postal infrastructure. A century of physical logistics: mail, parcels, ministry distribution, cross-border, and the National Address system.
We bring logistics heritage, product-company speed, operating discipline, and commercial accountability into one team that stays from strategy through operation.
A message from our Chairman
Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 is our roadmap. At SPL, we learned that digital transformation is not a side project but a strategic pillar: better customer experience, higher operational efficiency, and disciplined use of data, artificial intelligence, and governed software agents. Infinite PL carries that conviction forward. Built on SPL's national logistics heritage, it designs and operates the intelligent operating platforms that help Saudi institutions, public and private, serve their customers to the highest international standards. Our business has always been connecting people, organizations, and things. Through Infinite PL we extend that work into the Kingdom's AI-native future, in support of its position as a global hub for trade, logistics, and technology.
Saudi Post built the Kingdom's national postal network. SPL modernized it. Infinite PL turns that operating history into digital platforms that serve institutions across the Kingdom and can travel beyond it. A century of moving things, turned into the operating discipline of moving data.
The Kingdom's first formal postal infrastructure. A century of physical logistics: mail, parcels, ministry distribution, cross-border, and the National Address system.
The privatization and modernization of Saudi Post. A new operating model, a portfolio of joint ventures, and a mandate to become the national logistics champion.
The digital arm, established between SPL and the private sector and headquartered in Riyadh.
The year the firm added a productized cross-border logistics stack, through a majority stake in GN TEQ, a UK postal technology company, integrated into the Group and deployed on the GN TEQ × Saudi Post cross-border program.
We are a Saudi public-private tech company. We build what national operations run on: the intelligent operating systems, agentic platforms, data ecosystems, and AI capabilities behind the Kingdom's institutions, for government, business, and the people they serve.
To be the intelligent operating layer for the Kingdom's institutions: proven in national logistics, built for operations where failure is not acceptable.
The Kingdom's institutions, working as one system. Infinite PL's work is one of the ways the Vision becomes real: connecting government platforms, opening the digital economy to Saudi businesses, and giving residents a Kingdom that works as one system. Not a Vision 2030 vendor; a firm whose work carries the Vision into operation.
GN TEQ runs e-commerce and cross-border logistics. Infinite PL UAE serves the UAE market. Infinite AI is our agentic-AI product house, registered in the UK with engineering in Vietnam. Four delivery centers, one accountable delivery organization.
A workforce built to understand the Kingdom's ambitions: local by hire, diverse by design, national by mandate. Senior leadership sits in Riyadh. Programs that touch government, healthcare, logistics, and citizen-facing services are led close to the institutions they serve, with engineering scale from our international delivery centers, including a new agentic engineering factory in Vietnam.
The team has led public-sector technology, logistics operations, cloud, data, innovation, and large transformation programs.
We hire, mentor, and promote in the Kingdom because critical platforms need local accountability.
Hired and grown in the Kingdom, without compromising on delivery capability.
Female participation across engineering, product, and operations, not only in support functions.
Teams that speak the language, know the regulators, and share the mandate of the institutions we serve.
Sa'ed has led Infinite PL as CEO since its founding. He owns the firm's strategy, its commercial relationships with the Kingdom's institutions, and the operating discipline that aligns more than 250 people across multiple countries behind a single delivery model. Over twenty years across technology and the public sector. Previously Director of Government Solutions Gulf at Microsoft, and Managing Partner of Government Consulting MENA at EY for eight years.
Saad leads Infinite PL in the Kingdom and runs the firm's digital products portfolio. Co-founding team. Previously eleven years at Microsoft as Director Azure Cloud and Data & AI for the MEA region; founder and CEO of ExpressPay (fintech, acquired). B.Sc. Computer Engineering, King Saud University; M.Sc. Computer Science, California Lutheran University.
Khalid leads the firm's digital-products practice and was program lead for the SPL Group Digital Business Platform delivery. Sixteen-plus years of complex program delivery across KSA and the GCC. Previously PwC Senior Manager and EY Digital Health Leader, MENA.
Salim runs commercial strategy and client engagement across the Kingdom and the GCC. Eleven years at Microsoft as Public Safety and National Security Sector Manager, KSA. Founder of Pexceed. M.Sc. Management Information Systems, University of Liverpool; Executive Education at Harvard Business School Online.
Bernardo leads business development at Infinite PL and firm-critical programs. Twelve-plus years at McKinsey, including leading the digital transformation of a postal and logistics operator in Southern Europe. INSEAD MBA; Nova SBE M.Sc.
We diagnose, pilot, scale, and operate with one senior team, dedicated engineering capacity, and AI at every stage. Trust and governance are part of delivery, not an audit-time afterthought.
A senior, T-shaped team built around three roles: a product manager who connects business intent to delivered product, a solution architect who connects the current platform to the next one, and a delivery manager who connects commitments to actuals. Two-week sprints, a demo every sprint, a monthly steering committee, and a quarterly review tied to funded outcomes.
Engineering capacity that scales without changing the team: core teams for continuity, flex teams for scale, and AI agents in the loop to compress every stage. Onsite squads embedded with your team for governance and rapid decisioning; nearshore centers time-zone aligned for iteration velocity; and an offshore agentic engineering factory, anchored in Vietnam, for bulk build, test, and documentation at scale.
A shared-ownership model that takes an idea to a validated product, and a validated product to production, without the seams of a typical vendor handover. Co-Create frames the problem and produces a defined MVP scope and an investment case. Co-Execute builds the MVP in short iterations and validates product-market fit with real users. Co-Run scales the validated product in live operation under SLA, with agents in the run loop and shared ownership.
AI is not a separate offering. FikraHub turns written ideas into business-model canvases, Netaq optimizes audience segmentation against the National Address registry, Medical Logistics optimizes cold-chain routes, and LIS automates customs onboarding. We build it in from the first sprint.
Infinite PL operates under the registered legal name SPL Digital Services, a Saudi limited liability company majority-owned by Saudi Post | SPL with private-sector shareholding, overseen by a joint board. Established in 2022, HQ Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with operations in the UK, UAE, and Vietnam. Audited at the standard of an SPL Group entity, delivering at the speed of a private-sector firm.
A two-week diagnostic that maps your challenge to the offering that fits and estimates scope, effort, and outcome.
Working software or a validated concept in weeks, not quarters. Enter through the pain and prove it in an eight-to-twelve-week pilot against agreed baselines.
The commercial structure grows with the scope: public-private partnership, consulting, build-operate-transfer, or managed service, priced by fee, outcome, result-sharing, or joint investment.
We run the platform until your team is ready to own the run.
Every platform assumes an institutional threat model from the first sprint: identity at the boundary, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging on every consequential action, and segregation between environments.
Documented runbooks, logged change management, incident response with post-mortems, monitored SLAs, and dashboards that show leadership the state of the platform on demand. The institution does not have to trust us; it can verify.
The data that flows through our platforms is the institution's, not ours: documented purpose, documented retention, dataset segregation, consent ledgers, and alignment with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Human-in-the-loop is the default for any decision with material consequence: clinical priority, customs clearance, citizen-facing communication, financial reconciliation. We document model purpose and evaluation criteria, and design for graceful degradation when the model is unsure.
We do not measure ourselves on slides shipped or hours billed. We measure ourselves on whether the partner institution is in a better operating position at the end of the engagement than at the start.
We sign commercial models that make us accountable for the outcomes our partners are paying for.
We build with AI, ship with AI, and operate with AI. Because it makes our teams better, faster, smaller, and higher-quality, not because it is fashionable.
The senior people who design the strategy stay through the engineering. The teams that ship the platform stay through the operations. We do not sell handovers.
We design every engagement so the partner's team can operate the platform after we leave. A platform the partner cannot operate is a platform we have built badly.
We are a Saudi firm. 63.1% of our team are Saudi nationals. 38.5% are women. We hire, mentor, and promote in the Kingdom because the Kingdom's institutions deserve to be served by people who live in them.
When the project is in trouble we say so, in writing, to the senior stakeholder, on the Friday it goes off track. We have lost engagements because of this. We have kept many more because of it.
We are willing to take a working prototype to a steering committee in week three rather than a polished plan in week eight.
Structures we sign for, chosen to give Infinite PL a stake in your outcome rather than a fee alone.
One product against one clear pain point. Fast to close, clean to measure. Examples: a Netaq campaign, or Medical Logistics for a health system.
Two or more products around a single business outcome, on one contract. Examples: Netaq with Infinite Reach, or Omni-Connect with DBRA.
A dedicated operating model for a complex domain, with an anchor institution. Examples: LIS for cross-border, or marketplace platforms.
Advisory, platform, and delivery together, through to running operations. Examples: multi-year modernization, or FikraHub through to MVP build. The commercial structure grows with the scope, and the delivery model does not change.
We do not start with a contract type. We start with the operating result and choose the structure that can carry it.
Long-horizon national programs, joint ventures, and majority-outcome shared vehicles. The Group governance model of our SPL heritage.
Time-boxed strategy, architecture, or transformation programs. Fixed-scope, outcome-based, or blended pricing.
We build the platform, operate it in national use, and hand it over when your team is ready. The build-for-departure discipline.
Long-term application managed services and platform operations, on our infrastructure or yours, with SLA governance.
Fixed price against scope; the standard consulting pattern.
Fees tied to KPIs we agree up front and can measure in your systems.
Lower fees against a share of the value the platform delivers.
Co-investment vehicles for national or venture-scale programs.
