Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 is our roadmap. At SPL, we learned that digital transformation is not a side project but a strategic pillar: better customer experience, higher operational efficiency, and disciplined use of data, artificial intelligence, and governed software agents. Infinite PL carries that conviction forward. Built on SPL's national logistics heritage, it designs and operates the intelligent operating platforms that help Saudi institutions, public and private, serve their customers to the highest international standards. Our business has always been connecting people, organizations, and things. Through Infinite PL we extend that work into the Kingdom's AI-native future, in support of its position as a global hub for trade, logistics, and technology.

How the firm is governed
Infinite PL operates under the registered legal name SPL Digital Services, a Saudi limited liability company majority-owned by Saudi Post | SPL with private-sector shareholding, overseen by a joint board. Established in 2022, HQ Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with operations in the UK, UAE, and Vietnam. Audited at the standard of an SPL Group entity, delivering at the speed of a private-sector firm.

Trust and governance
Secure-by-design delivery
Every platform assumes an institutional threat model from the first sprint: identity at the boundary, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging on every consequential action, and segregation between environments.
Auditable operating models
Documented runbooks, logged change management, incident response with post-mortems, monitored SLAs, and dashboards that show leadership the state of the platform on demand. The institution does not have to trust us; it can verify.
Data governance and privacy
The data that flows through our platforms is the institution's, not ours: documented purpose, documented retention, dataset segregation, consent ledgers, and alignment with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Responsible AI
Human-in-the-loop is the default for any decision with material consequence: clinical priority, customs clearance, citizen-facing communication, financial reconciliation. We document model purpose and evaluation criteria, and design for graceful degradation when the model is unsure.
